As part of a strategy to simplify administration and unify our branding, operational companies within the RGT SMART Group are being amalgamated under a new trading company, RGT Smart Operations (Pty) Ltd. There is effectively no change to the shareholding or control of the company, with RGT Smart Operations (Pty) Ltd being a wholly owned subsidiary of RGT SMART. The name change comes into effect as of 1 March 2012.
